How to make your own Ginger Wine
It’s Easy to make: You simply add 907g (2lb) of sugar, or sweetener of your choice, to 2.8 litres (5 pints) of water and boil to dissolve. Allow to cool, then add all of the Ginger Compound and stir.
You can serve it hot, or cold.
