Cured in the traditional Italian style but crafted in Dorset, this beautifully marbled coppa is made from the neck and shoulder of free-range pigs. Sliced wafer-thin, it delivers a rich, sweet, and gently spiced flavour with a melt-in-the-mouth texture that speaks for itself.
