Les plus lourds sont distillés avec le grain, les exemples plus légers sont distillés sous vide et la saveur de genévrier est extraite à l'aide de dioxyde de carbone. Vibrant, intense et plein de saveurs d'agrumes et de genévrier. Produit avec du genévrier vert cueilli à la main de Hepple, il est ensuite distillé sous vide pour faire ressortir la fraîcheur vibrante des jeunes baies.
