Vieilli pendant au moins 6 mois, il a un goût léger, vif et rafraîchissant, avec un riche arôme de poire, et complète les plats salés tels que les plats de pâtes, de poulet et de poisson, ou est tout aussi agréable comme boisson rafraîchissante seule.
