A beautifully balanced craft gin, distilled on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne in Northumberland. Crafted in small batches using a traditional copper still, it blends eleven carefully selected botanicals — including juniper, nutmeg, elderberries, sweet orange peel, and rose petal — to create a gin that is floral and sweet, yet unmistakably juniper-forward.
Tasting Notes: Delicate floral aromas with a sweet, smooth palate and a clean, lingering finish.
