Delivery charges are added and calculated at checkout depending on either weight or value. All of the following are to mainland UK(excluding highlands and islands) addresses. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of our standard shipping areas.

STANDARD DELIVERY

£4.95 up to 25 kg ( 3-5 working days)

25kg is the equivalent to approximately 30 x 500ml bottles of beer

£6.95 next working day delivery 

FREE DELIVERY

Delivery is free on all orders over £75 ( 3-5 working days)

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY 

Delivery is free on orders over £25 and within 25 miles of our shop NE63 0XD. ( 3-5 working days)

CLICK AND COLLECT

Free 'Click and Collect' service from our warehouse during our normal business hours. Normally available for collection within 2 hours. Just select Local Pickup option at checkout.

PERSONAL MESSAGE  

You can request a personal message with your order by putting the message in the seller instructions box.

DO NOT OPEN LABEL  

If you are sending this for a specific date or anniversary and wish to send early we can add an additonal outer label saying ' Do not open until ......' 

GIFTS

Can be supplied to international destinations, please follow the pricing bands within the site. Please contact us at info@northumbriangifts.co.uk if any further information is required.

Any problems with orders once they are received need to be notified to us as soon as possible or in all cases before 7 days. We will replace or refund if gifts do not reach you in good condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you cancel your order you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation.

We charge VAT where applicable at 20.0%, this is included in all prices stated, check VAT receipts.

We cannot guarantee the absence of substances which can cause allergic reactions such as nuts. Please contact us at info@northumbriangifts.co.uk if you would like further information regarding ingredients of products.

We reserve the rights to substitute an item if it is unavailable due to supply problems with an item of equal or greater value. Consideration will be made to the suitability of any replacement item.
