Delivery

All deliveries from our site are made during business hours, Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

• Delivery charges are added at the checkout depending on the weight of order. These are to mainland UK addresses and our standard rate is £7.50 per parcel. This would be next working day if ordered before 12 noon.

• Gifts can be supplied to international destinations, please follow the pricing bands within the site. Please contact us at info@northumbriangifts.co.uk if any further information is required.

• You can request a personal handwritten gift card with your order.

• Any problems with orders once they are received need to be notified to us as soon as possible or in all cases before 7 days. We will replace or refund if gifts do not reach you in good condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you cancel your order you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation.

• We charge VAT where applicable at 20.0%, this is included in all prices stated, check VAT receipts.

• We cannot guarantee the absence of substances which can cause allergic reactions such as nuts. Please contact us at info@northumbriangifts.co.uk if you would like further information regarding ingredients of products.

• We reserve the rights to substitute an item if it is unavailable due to supply problems with an item of equal or greater value. Consideration will be made to the suitability of any replacement item.
