Organic Cider from Maison Sassy is a fruity, well-balanced semi-dry cider made from five varieties of organic Normandy apples, grown and harvested near the Château de Sassy.

Light amber with golden highlights, it has smooth effervescence and notes of mature fruit and leather. Enjoy alongside pasta, cheese or white meats. Best served at 8°C.
