Small Batch Cider from Maison Sassy is an extra-dry, farmhouse-style cider made from five varieties of traditional apples. Its recipe was inherited from the cider served at the Château de Sassy for generations.
Golden yellow with naturally occurring sediment, it has a rustic yet clean aroma and an earthy character. Enjoy alongside richly flavoured meats, charcuterie or cheese. Best served at 8°C.
