Traditional Dry Cider from Maison Sassy balances the dryness of a cidre brut with the fruitiness of a semi-dry cider. Made using 22 varieties of apple, it is full-bodied with smooth, gentle bubbles.
Bright and golden in the glass, it has aromas of apple and leather, with a balance of acidity, bitterness and roundness. Best served at 8°C.
