A crackling gooseberry, oak leaf and elderflower wine that Judith, my business partner/wife/carer, and I made for our own wedding ages ago; still going strong apart from a couple of niggles. If you are thinking of getting married, or even staying married, the Sparkling Gooseberry is what you should be having in my, admittedly biased view.
