With over 800 hundred thousand tones of raspberries calculated worldwide, some are made into a delightful medium-sweet bodied wine at St Aidan’s Winery on the iconic Holy Island.
A deep and vibrant colour draws the eye before a potent aroma of ripe and sweet raspberries hit the nose. A fresh and fruity flavour, delicious on its own or with a mixer – the powerful flavour doesn’t diminish. 14.5% abv
