Holy Island Gin is the culmination of many months of experimenting to find the the perfect balance between a sweet and floral tasting gin without losing that distinctive taste of juniper.
Produced on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne in their own still procured in 2016.Consisting of eleven carefully selected botanicals including: Juniper, Nutmeg, Elderberries, Sweet Orange Peel and Rose Petal.
This gin is a small batch production using traditonal, tried and tested methods to produce this fine and delicately flavoured gin. Gin is very subjectve, even so this is one of our favourites! 44% abv

Since 2016 when we purchased our first traditional copper pot still ‘Rose’ and after experimenting with dozens of botanicals and distilling methods we finally created our Holy Island Gin. Our goal was to create a gin which captured the essence of our Island life. Fresh as the Northumberland coast which surrounds our idyllic island.
