Our latest mead is a vatted blend of honey, locally drawn water, fermented grape, neutral spirits and elderflower extracts.
The Elderflower helps to balance the natural sweetness of Mead to produce a drink which is a delight.
Ideal as a gentle desert wine or to utilise for a refreshing, longer spritzer style libation.
