Northumberland Wildflower Summer Honey - 340g

Runny Honey is produced during the summer months. A beautiful light textured honey produced by the bees foraging from lime trees, blackberries, dandelion balsam and borage.

Popular for use in recipes calling for runny honey, or for those wanting a runny honey to use great as this honey is pourable, but please note, although this honey starts out runny, as with all pure honey it will thicken, granulating and setting out over time and especially in cooler conditions. If preferred in a runny state, simply warm gently in a bain marie.
