The honey that we use is an integral part of this sumptuous tipple and the honeybee itself is an essential key to both our drink and indeed our whole ecology that we need to preserve.
Our drink is a unique blend of Jamaican and Guyanese rums that produces a thick full-body of blossom honey with a hint of raisins and sultanas leaving you a smooth feel of sleek rich sweetness and a linger of dried fruits.
