Sheppy’s Vintage Reserve is a full-bodied medium cider produced entirely from home-grown apples. Each blend uses a single year’s harvest of high-quality bittersweet cider apples, including varieties such as Chisel Jersey, Yarlington Mill, Stoke Red and Tremlett’s Bitter.
The cider is fermented and then matured in oak vats to develop its full-bodied flavour. Sheppy’s describes Vintage Reserve as an award-winning cider.
