Collingwood Special Reserve Rum is bottled at gunpowder proof — 57% ABV — yet remains remarkably smooth and easy to drink. A complex aroma of raisins, sultanas and prunes gives way to tropical notes of banana and brown sugar, before a palate of aged smoky oak, dried fruits and a subtle citrus finish.
Named in honour of Admiral Lord Collingwood, the Northumbrian naval hero who took command at the Battle of Trafalgar.
