Born from the same beloved recipe as the original Holy Island Gin, Sea Pink is a beautifully floral and fruity expression distilled on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne in Northumberland. Further infused with rose, orange blossom, and mixed berries, it achieves its stunning natural pink hue entirely from hibiscus and elderberries — no artificial colours, just the wild beauty of the Northumbrian coast in a bottle.
Tasting Notes: Delicate rose and orange blossom on the nose, with a fruity, berry-forward palate and a smooth, floral finish.
