King of Prussia Dark Spiced Rum 70cl - 40%

Regular price £37.00

When John Carter, The King of Prussia and his brothers reigned, Prussia Cove and the nearby woods were full of smuggled spirits.

It was common knowledge around town that you could easily find a cask or two of rum stashed among the blackberries and damsons.

Today, distillers Paul Robbins and Jess Shelley spend the early autumn foraging around the cove and through the woodland.

Adding what they find to our Gold Rum, and letting it all rest in an oak barrel on the wild Cornish coast.

The result is a taste of dark forest fruits, a taste of the Cornish autumn, a taste of the Carters' legacy.

Style: Rum

Strength: 40% ABV

Size: 70cl

Pocketfull of Stones

We’d love to share an elaborate, well-structured story with you here about how everything we’ve done led to this point. The truth is that we all worked and lived together in bars in central London. We made loads of friends, had lots of fun, and created all kinds of memories – most of which we can’t talk about on the website. Maybe, more importantly, we all learned lots and lots about spirits and fell in love with their rich history. Abandoning the crowds of London for the wilds of Cornwall, we are pouring all that experience into Pocketful of Stones.
