Mrs A's Raspberry Jam

Regular price £5.00

Mrs A’s Raspberry Jam by Northumbrian Pantry is a classic, sweet raspberry preserve made from a family recipe. Handmade in Northumberland, it puts the fruit’s flavour at the heart of every spoonful.

The recipe has been enjoyed for decades at church fetes in the North Tyne Valley. Spread it on breakfast toast, serve with warm scones or use it to fill a homemade sponge cake for a simple, delicious treat.

Keep a jar for leisurely breakfasts or add it to a thoughtful food gift for someone who enjoys traditional, locally made preserves.

Available in a large 210g jar or a small 125ml jar. Suitable for vegans and gluten-free.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within six weeks, and by the date shown on the jar.

Style: Jam

Size: 210g & 125g

Northumbrian Pantry

I run Northumbrian Pantry, with my husband David, from our family home in the small village of Simonburn. Surrounded by the North Tyne Valley, growing up on the Nunwick Estate, I gained a great passion for cooking as a youngster before attending Leith’s School of Food and Wine, where my skills really flourished. Our vision has always been a simple one, to create the highest quality of preserves achievable, with full flavours always as the foundation. To do this, we knew we needed to be precise in selecting the best ingredients through to only ever cooking in small batches. This approach provides fuller flavours, brighter colours and fresher aromas.
